We asked you to tell us what you thought makes a bestseller and to get the chance to have your article published in The Writer's Handbook and of winning some fantastic creative writing prizes.

The Writer's Handbook Team are pleased to announce that the winner of the 'Get Published' Competition is: Pauline Chapman!

Although a lawyer by profession, currently Pauline Chapman's time is given up to the chaos of life with a husband and three teenage children, to revising of her manuscript, entitled "Kaleidoscope Eyes", a book for children and young teenagers, and to reading contemporary fiction. Having felt compelled to write since childhood, she hopes, one day, to find that she too has written that elusive bestseller.

Pauline's winning article appears in The Writer's Handbook 2011; in addition to being published she receives a manuscript reading service from The Complete Creative Writing Course.
